Emanuel Congregation, 701 Buckingham place, will hold a reception and tea after services on Friday to honor Dr. Felix A. Levy, rabbi of the congregation, on his fiftieth birthday. Dr. Levy, who recently was elected rabbi for life of the congregation, will preach that evening “On Being Fifty Years Old.”
