Hull Indicates He is Opposed to Barter Pacts

Although he made no direct reference to the proposed barter agreement between Germany and the United States, Secretary of State Cordell Hull, addressing an American Federation Farm Bureau convention here this afternoon, indicated that in general he does not favor such pacts.
