An inquiry as to what the League of Nations has done to facilitate migration of German Jews to Palestine was addressed today by Chief Rabbi Rubinstein of Wilno to Lord Robert Cecil.
Rabbi Rubinstein pointed out that steps were promised to enable the Jewish refugees from Germany to enter Palestine without difficulty. The rabbi asked information as to the extent to which this promise has been carried out.
