Seek Way out of Swiss Trial on Protocols

All possible efforts are now being made by the Nazis from Berlin and Switzerland again to postpone the trial here of Nazis accused of spreading the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” an anti-Semitic forged document designed to make readers believe that the Jews are planning to dominate the world.

The trial, which has already been postponed once, is scheduled for April 29, but the Nazi lawyers yesterday moved to force a further postponement by denouncing ten witnesses who were to appear at the trial.

The Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland, as well as other organizations interested in disproving the anti-Semitic allegatons contained in the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion, are deter-mined to see that the Nazis should have no excuse for a second-postponement of the trial.

WANT CASE QUASHED

Meanwhile it became known here that the headquarters of the Nazi party in Germany are highly interested in having the Berne case quashed.
