Dr. Joshua L. Goldberg, national secretary of the American Jewish Congress, sails for Europe today on the Aquitania on a special mission for his organization. He will be gone ten weeks, during which he will tour the principal centers of Jewish population, visiting six countries for the purpose of observing at first hand Jewish life in Europe.
