The words “non-Zionist,” applied to the members of the Jewish Agency who do not belong to the Zionist Organization, no longer express the attitude of this element and should therefore be changed to “Friends of Palestine,” according to a statement today ### an interview with the press by ### Werner Senator, member of the Executive of the Jewish Agency ###lestine and himself in the non-Zionist category.

Since the organization of the Jewish Agency in 1929, Dr. Senator said, the attitude of the non-Zionists to Palestine has undergone a very fundamental change.

The time is now ripe to rally all pro-Palestinian forces around the Jewish Agency, he asserted. The Jewish Agency must be reorganized so that new groups and new people can be drawn into the work as required by the present situation in Palestine.

Dr. Senator also gave a review of the present economic situation in Palestine and pointed out that the prosperity in Palestine is a result of three things—the influx of new immigrants, the stream of private and national capitals coming into the country, and the internal development of agriculture and industry in Palestine.

Dr. Senator came to Europe with the mission of reorganizing the Jewish Agency.
