Dr. Maurice J. Karpf of New York, head of the Graduate School of Jewish Social Work and a member of the World Executive of the Jewish Agency, arrived here today preliminary to undertaking a survey of the Jewish colonies in Crimea and the Ukraine.

Dr. Karpf is accompanied by Dr. Joseph Rosen, head of the Agro-Joint, committee for settlement of Russian Jews on the soil.
