Several casualties were reported among Arab rebels who caused the death of a British soldier in an attack on three military lorries near Mara, an Arab village near Rosha Pina. Lance Corporal Merry of the York Lancaster regiment died today of wounds received in yesterday’s engagement.

A skirmish between a naval railroad-patrol and Arabs occurred near the Beisan railroad station.

Marauders uprooted 2,300 trees in Gan Yavne and 500 in Kfar Bachoresh.
