The Wilmersdorf district in Berlin’s West End, which is the size of the borough of manhattan, today became the first section to prohibit Jews from using any of the specially-marked yellow “ghetto benches,” although there are only a few such benches available.

The Berlin District Court has granted a divorce to a Nazi official whose wife, despite his protests, continued to buy from Jewish shops. the court ruled: “when a wife, despite warning, has bought from a jew, the husband is not to be blamed if the conjugal feeling has grown cold.”
