Turkey Expels Refugees on Tourist Visas

Daily several Jewish refugees overstaying their tourist visas are expelled from Turkey. There is no hope for permanent settlement of those arriving on tourist visas. However, the Government favors individual applications by prospective immigrants considered useful to the country’s economy.
