Mrs. Constance Hoster, a leader in women’s work, died yesterday at the age of 74. She was a pioneer in the training of women for secretarial and other positions and was one of the first women to be elected to the London Chamber of Commerce. She was the daughter of Dr. Marcus Kalisch, distinguished Talmudic scholar.
