Resolutions calling for the creation of a Jewish National Home in Palestine, for the protection of minority rights in all countries after the war and for a program of inter-faith and “good neighbor” cooperation were adopted last night by the 56th annual convention of the Independent Order Brith Abraham.

Other resolutions passed by the convention pledge support of Jewish educational activities, ask for a campaign to combat anti-Semitism, promise support of refugee relief programs and back the program of the American and World Jewish Congresses. Chief speaker at yesterday’s session was Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, who delivered an address on “Jewry and the War.” Herman Hoffman of New York City was re-elected Grand Master.
