The price of rural land in Palestine has increased from $60 to about $100 per dunam since the outbreak of the war, the Palestine Government reported today.
The report reveals that during that period 9,816 dunams of urban land, valued at more than $3,000,000, were transferred. At the same time 125,000 dunams of rural land valued at more than $2,000,000 were sold.
