The High Commissioner has appointed a board for scientific and industrial research to further the war effort and foster the development and improvement of agriculture, industry, commerce and the health and welfare of the populace, it was announced here. Members of the board include representatives of the Hebrew University, the Siaff Institute, the Haifa Institute of Technology and the Jewish Agency.
