Herbert H. Lehman, former director-general of UNRRA, among the nominees for the Nobel Peace Prize for 1947, it was reported today by the Nobel Prize Committee.
Other nominees are Pope Pius, Mme. Alexandra Kollontay, former Soviet Ambassador to Sweden, Mohandas Ghandi, Eduard Benes and Sir John Boyd Orr, director of the U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization.
