Israel Ambassador Abba Eban head of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations, returned today from consultations with the Israeli ambassadors in London and in Paris. He proceeded immediately to Washington. It is not expected that he will resume his planned vacation in Israel while the present crisis in the Middle East is the center of world attention.

Mordecai R. Kidron, deputy chairman of the Israel delegation here, will leave New York tonight for Bangkok, Thailand, where he will be the new Israeli Ambassador. En route, Mr. Kidron will stop in Jerusalem for consultations with members of his government. Mr. Kidron will return here temporarily in September to serve on the Israel delegation to the General Assembly.
