The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) this afternoon adopted an Egyptian draft resolution condemning Israel for the Libyan airliner disaster. The vote was 105-1 with Israel the only dissenting voice. Colombia and Malawi abstained, and four nations, including Libya, were absent. (See P. 3 for full story.)
