The United States agreed in principle to send Israel vaccines against biological agents that Iraq is believed to possess, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. The report comes as thousands of Israelis are picking up new gas masks daily to defend themselves against possible Iraqi gas attacks in the event of military strikes in the Persian Gulf.
