The U.S. State Department seriously underreported the number of Palestinian attacks on Israelis last year in its annual report on human rights, according to the Zionist Organization of America. ZOA President Morton Klein sent Secretary of State Madeleine Albright a list of 84 attacks in 1999, adding that the State Department’s total of three attacks is “patently false.”
