Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, the Rev. Jesse Jackson and CIA Director George Tenet were among the speakers at a dinner in New York honoring Abraham Foxman, the national director of the Anti-Defamation League. President Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak spoke by video to Foxman, who was feted Wednesday for his 35 years of service to the ADL, including 13 as national director.
