U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told American Jewish leaders that the Clinton administration sees the plight of the 13 Iranian Jews arrested on charges of spying as a priority and is actively involved in trying to ensure they have a fair trial. Albright spoke during a 40-minute conference call to members of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.
