An Israeli player helped propel the Greek team Panatinaikos to a 73-67 European League basketball championship victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv. Oded Katash, a former player for the Maccabi team, said over the weekend during a visit to Israel, that he felt a “jab” in his heart with each basket scored.
