Holocaust denier David Irving launched a three-month speaking and fund-raising tour of the United States by meeting over the weekend with some of the top names among fellow deniers. The meeting was held at a secret location in Irvine, Calif., and was organized by the California-based Institute for Historical Review, a center of Holocaust denial for more than two decades.
