U.S. prosecutors appear to have enough evidence to pursue the death penalty against a white supremacist accused of going on a killing spree last August, a federal judge said. Buford Furrow is charged with killing a postal worker just hours after he allegedly wounded five people at a Jewish community center in Los Angeles.
