A 19-year-old woman was fined in connection with the desecration of close to 300 headstones at a Jewish cemetery in Winnipeg. Shawna Lehr, one of five young people charged in the case, was ordered to pay $17,600 toward the estimated $100,000 cost of repairing the headstones. She was also ordered to attend a Holocaust education seminar.
