A rabbi accused of having contracted to murder his wife could face the death penalty after a grand jury indictment. The new charges against New Jersey Rabbi Fred Neulander, whose wife, Carol, died in November 1994, would come after two men pleaded guilty in the alleged murder-for-hire case earlier this month.
