The United States and Israel signed an agreement that establishes a binational commission on housing and community development. The commission will work to expand affordable housing and increase home ownership opportunities in both countries. The agreement was signed during a visit to Israel by the U.S. housing and urban development secretary, Andrew Cuomo.
