An Israeli court refused to dismiss a case filed against the Palestinian Authority by the family of one of the two soldiers lynched by a Palestinian mob in October. The family of Cpl. Vadim Nourezitz is suing the Palestinian Authority and its president, Yasser Arafat, for approximately $16 million.
