British author Salman Rushdie attended a discussion about the life and works of the late Italian Jewish writer Primo Levi at the 11th Prague Writers Festival. Rushdie said Levi, a Holocaust survivor, was among the witnesses to the worst kinds of attack on the ideals of humanity.
