Jewish groups, including the European Council of Jewish Communities and B’nai B’rith Europe, met with E.U. officials to discuss the European Day of Jewish Culture. When the event is held Sept. 2 in about 20 European countries, Jewish sites — including synagogues, ritual baths and museums — will be open to the general public.
