Two Lebanese brothers were found guilty of smuggling and reselling cigarettes to help fund Hezbollah. U.S. officials had charged that the two smuggled cigarettes from North Carolina and sold them in Michigan without paying Michigan’s higher cigarette taxes, a scheme aimed at generating cash for Hezbollah.
