Iraq said it would comply with a U.N. Security Council resolution calling on it to disarm and cooperate with weapons inspectors. “I delivered a letter to the secretary-general’s office,” Iraq’s U.N. ambassador Mohammed Aldouri told reporters Wednesday. “It was a positive reply.”
