Vermont governor and Democratic presidential hopeful Howard Dean called on the Bush administration to honor Israel’s request for $10 billion in loan guarantees. During a visit to Israel this week, Dean told the Jerusalem Post that providing Israel with the guarantees would enable Israel’s economy to grow.
