A town in Italy will host a two-day Jewish film festival. The fifth annual “Pitifest” festival, being held Saturday and Sunday in the small Tuscan town of Manciano, features contemporary Israeli films as well as several films about the Holocaust and its aftermath.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
