A Swiss attorney filed a criminal complaint against a former U.S. official. The complaint focused on the cover of a new book by former U.S. Undersecretary of State Stuart Eizenstat. “Imperfect Justice: The Unfinished Business of World War II,” which deals with Switzerland’s wartime financial dealings with the Nazis, has on its cover a swastika appearing within the Swiss flag.
