The U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv invited candidates from Israel’s Green Leaf Party to a reception. Thursday’s get-together was held to enable the embassy political staff to get to know the pro-marijuana party’s ideas and plans in case it wins any Knesset seats, according to the Jerusalem Post.
