An American-born emergency room doctor who moved to Israel died along with his daughter in Tuesday’s terrorist attack in Jerusalem. Dr. David Appelbaum was head of the emergency department at Shaare Zedek hospital in Jerusalem and the founder of a 24-hour emergency clinic. His daughter Nava, 20, was to be married Wednesday.
