Sen. John Kerry said he would appoint an envoy for the Middle East peace process if elected president. The Democratic presidential candidate said Wednesday that former U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter and former U.S. Secretary of State James Baker are among those he wound consider for the post.
