A European Union center that commissioned but then suppressed a report on anti-Semitism released the study Dec. 4 under pressure. The E.U. Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia released the report following criticism from politicians and Jewish leaders that it had been squelched to avoid angering Europe’s large Arab and Muslim minorities.
