A historic Jewish cemetery in Belarus reportedly is being used as a garbage dump and a place to graze cattle. Citing a report in this week’s edition of an independent newspaper in Belarus, the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union said the 400-year-old cemetery is in the town of Chernikov in Belarus’ Mogilev province.
