Mel Gibson sent a letter to Abraham Foxman regarding Gibson’s controversial movie on Jesus. As the Feb. 25 opening of “The Passion of the Christ” nears, Gibson sent a conciliatory letter to the ADL’s national president asking for a halt in mutual recriminations.
