A French reporter was banned by Israeli troops from crossing into the West Bank from Jordan. Houda Ibrahim, a journalist with Radio France Internationale, was stopped and searched by the Israel Defense Forces last week. She was traveling to the West Bank to spend a week teaching Palestinian journalism students in Ramallah and Bethlehem.
