Peru released two Jewish media moguls from jail. Alex and Moises Wolfensohn were released earlier this month under a new law that counted their pretrial house arrest as jail time, after serving time for bribery in the country’s 2000 election campaign.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
