The U.N. Security Council’s five permanent members have agreed on a draft resolution that could lead to sanctions against Iran if it does not stop enriching uranium. The draft resolution, which last Friday was circulated to the entire council, would threaten economic and diplomatic sanctions against the Islamic Republic should it continue its enrichment program.
