18 arrested in Ramallah roundup

Israeli forces arrested 18 suspected terrorists during a major West Bank
raid. Troops stormed into a Palestinian Authority security compound in
Ramallah on Wednesday, rounding up 18 men who had holed up inside. Military
sources said most of the detainees were Al-Aksa Brigades fugitives. There were no
casualties in the raid.
