Livni warns Europe over Hamas

Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said Europe must stand up to Hamas.Livni delivered a strong message to European leaders Wednesday during her visit in Prague with Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg. “It is important that Europe understands that the Palestinian government is controlled by a terror organization which has officially claimed responsibility for terror attacks and the firing of Kassam rockets,” Livni said during a news conference. “Any European attempt to differentiate between the responsibility of the Palestinian government and the Hamas terror organization interferes with the fight against terror.”
