Ukraine’s president signed a decree authorizing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian Authority.
Viktor Yuschenko on Monday in his decree instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to arrange for the aid “in connection with an appeal by Palestine” and “taking into consideration the economic situation and humanitarian crisis in Palestine.”
