Seven hundred bronze plates were stolen from gravestones at a former Nazi concentration camp.

News of the theft from the cemetery at the Terezinstadt concentration camp north of Prague, in the Czech Republic, comes just days after 327 other plates were purloined.

Czech Culture Minister Vaclav Jehlicka said Wednesday he wants to help secure the cemetery, but officials from the Terezin Memorial say they lack funds for proper security.

New plates on the graves will likely be made of resin instead of bronze, which has made the graves a target for thieves.
