Two more Israelis were killed late Monday by rockets fired from the Gaza Strip.

One woman was killed when she got out of her car around 9 p.m. local time after hearing the air raid siren to take cover in a nearby bus shelter. She sustained critical injuries from shrapnel and died shortly thereafter. It was the first time a resident of Ashdod, some 20 miles north of Gaza, had been killed by Palestinian rocket fire.

Another Israeli was killed in the western Negev. In all, four Israelis have been killed by Palestinian rocket fire since Israel launched Operation Cast Lead in Gaza on Saturday. Meanwhile, the death toll in Gaza climbed above 350 late Monday, with the bulk of the dead Hamas militiamen, according to news reports.
