JERUSALEM (JTA) — Hamas began publishing a daily newspaper in the Gaza Strip.
The first issue of Al-ray, which means The Opinion, came out Tuesday, the Jerusalem Post reported. The newspaper is published by the Ministry of Information, which is run by Hamas.
Several days earlier, Hamas launched a Web site based in the West Bank.
